Our caring people
KCOM employees are integral to the success of our community activities, getting involved by donating their own time and money to support fundraising activities.
Through participation in activities that included Group-wide dress down days, a Valentine's fun week, raffles held throughout the year and employee participation in a number of physical challenges such as the London Marathon and Race for Life, our employees contribute significantly to charitable causes.
Equally, KCOM understands there are other charitable causes that matter to our employees and we assist them with their own personal fundraising efforts.
